Proposals & Reports


For many companies proposals are your most important tool for acquiring new business. While the content of any project is the most important aspect, the visual material you provide them says a lot about you. It may be your only opportunity to be before the prospective client. It tells them how you view yourself, but more importantly how you view them. 

It is about more than just laying out your words on the page, it is how we consider together how you want to present yourself, who is your target audience, and why you are the best company for them to hire.
I was asked by the president of Houston's METRO transit authority to chair a committee on the walkability and compliance  with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) along the new East End light rail project on Harrisburg Blvd. in Houston. I wrote and designed this report and PowerPoint presentation of the results. After the report was submitted, almost all of the noted problems were resolved and the safety issues noted were addressed and this light rail line and implemented throughout the light rail system.
Because much of what is contained in our proposal and report work may contain proprietary information, below are a few images of parts of some of the reports I've prepared.
